Here at A Crystal Garden, we value you and your privacy! We collect customer information only to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience with us. We do not rent, sell or otherwise provide you information to third parties. If, at anytime, you with to be removed from our mailing list, please write to us at

Gift Purchases
We would love to send your gift straight to your recipient. We gladly include a complimentary gift card with each gift you purchase. When checking out, please provide the following information in the Special Requests section.
1. That your order is a gift.
2. Gift recipients name.
3. Gift occasion.
4. Gift Message - including who the gift is from.
Invoices will not be included in the gift shipment. Please make sure to enter the shipping address of the recipient.
Shipping Policy
We know you are anxiously anticipating the arrival of your Crystal Garden boutique product. Please understand that the majority of our items are custom hand made to your specifications once your order is placed. Orders are typically ready for shipment within 3-4 days, however your shipment may take longer during busy holiday seasons. We strive to keep high inventory levels on charms and ribbon, but it is possible for us to have to order components causing your shipment time to increase to 6-14 days. Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be sent via the United States Postal Service first class mail. Priority Mail is available as an option at checkout.
A Crystal Garden's business days are Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.
Return Policy
At this time we do not accept returns, however we know on occassion for gift purposes a bracelet may not fit the recipient properly. We will restring bracelets that have been ordered in the wrong size free of charge. The customer is responsible for the shipping to and from A Crystal Garden.
For sanitary reasons hair bows are not returnable.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you do have any concerns or issues, please contact us.
Conditions of Use
We advise our customers never to leave a young child unattended while using our products. Our products contain small parts that could potentially become a choking hazard. All A Crystal Garden products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that A Crystal Garden accepts no liablity for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
Notice to Residents of the State of California
Effective September 1, 2007, no children’s jewelry can be retailed in the state of California unless the piece meets the lead-free standards described in the bill. Standards are specified for metal and non-metal components. Retail sales within the state and from out of state internet sites are prohibited and punishable by fines and civil penalties. You do not have to operate your business in the state of California to be affected by this legislation. Anyone selling to California consumers is subject to the new law.
