Bows are created using high quality Schiff Grosgrain Ribbon with some specialty ribbon added in. All ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying, even those you can't see!
Bracelets componenets are all .925 Sterling Silver and authentic Swarovski Crystal Beads. We only purchase from the reputable wholesale suppliers to ensure that no imitations are used in our beautiful designs. Do you accept custom orders? TOP

Bows - unlimited - $2.50 per shipment.
Bracelets - $3.00 for the first bracelet and $1.00 for each addtional bracelet. Bows ship free with bacelet purchases. How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
Most Crystal Garden products are constructed after your order has been placed to allow for customization. While we strive to ship your items as quickly as possible orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. Name or Initital bracelets will take 6-11 days to process as we to not stock the letter beads and must order them for you. Many items will ship within 2 days depending on seasons and order quanitity. No. We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Do you offer local pick-up? TOP
Yes! You will see an option in your shopping cart to add a local pick-up discount. Just add this to your cart and you will be notified via email when your item is ready to be picked up. Then respond with the day you plan on picking up and your items will be ready! Handling fee still applies.
How do I figure the size of my bracelet? TOP
Images of adult bracelets are made 7.5" long to fit an average size adult. To determine the bracelet size you need, measure wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape and add 1/2 inch. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler.

Children's bracelets are measured in the same manner. A age guide is listed within each product, however these are general guidelines and don't apply to every child for best fit please measure.

2 Years - 5 inches
3 Years - 5.5 inches
4-8 years - 6 inches

Each bracelet is carefully placed in a decorative white tarnish resistant jewelry box and tied with a ribbon. A matching card is placed on top, perfect for gift giving. How do I care for my bracelet? TOP

A few of our prints are created so there is a right side up and an upside down. When your bow is created we need to know if you plan to use it on your child's right side or left side. This information allows us to create the bow so the print will be right side up on the childs side in which you normally pull her hair back.
All bows are made to wear on the child's right side unless a special request is made or the proper choice chosen within the listing. Do you have more colors available other than what is listed? TOP
Yes! If you see a color on the ribbon charts that does not appear within the product listing, please just contact us a acrystalgarden-bows@yahoo.com with the specifics of your request. What type of clips are available and which is best for my daughter? TOP
Each Crystal Garden bow is securely attached to a 2" french barrette, 1 3/4" alligator clip or a 1 1/4" snap clip. Individual bow listings will show each clip available as a choice in the listing. Pony O's are available in two sizes, small and large. See Clip Choices for pictures of available clips.
Snap clips are best for babies and hold small amounts of hair well. Alligator clips are typically best for both babies (who have more hair) and toddlers. A "no slip grip" can be added to any alligator clip to help hold the hair in place and keep the clip from sliding out of her hair. Alligator clips are available for any bow in the store. French Barrettes are better for preschool aged girls or older girls with thicker hair.
Will my bows fray? TOP
No! All ends are heat sealed, even those you can't see! Does the no slip grip contain Latex? TOP
YES - our no slip grip does contain Latex. Those who have a sensitivity or allergy to latex should not order the no slip grip. How will my gift order be handled? TOP
We would love to send your gift straight to the recipient. We gladly include a complimentary gift card with each gift you purchase. When checking out, please provide the following information in the Special Requests section.
